DELIVERY RATES FOR UK

A range of delivery options are available to select during the checkout process, for all other delivery rates please contact us at cambsocks@gmail.com

All socks will be sent UK Royal Mail 24 Delivery ) unless another delivery option is selected.

We endeavour to process and despatch goods within two days of receipt of your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Standard UK Delivery	£3.95	(Royal Mail 24 1-2 days)
Standard UK Delivery for orders over £60	Free	(Royal Mail 24)
First Class UK 'Signed For'	£6.95	(Royal Mail 1st Class up to 3 working days - signature required)
Next Day - Signature Required	£8.95	(next working day for orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday - signature required)

Returns Policy

At the Cambridge Sock Company it is extremely important to us that you enjoy our quality products and superior customer service. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cambsocks@gmail.com

We will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the products using in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order using RECORDED DELIVERY.

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

Please note that unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
